Booking notes:

An initial deposit of 50% of the total rental is payable to secure your booking and full payment must be received at least 6 weeks before the start of your holiday.  Payments can be made by bank transfer or sterling cheque.

Security Deposity:

A breakage deposit of £500 pounds is payable with your final payment and will be refunded once our agent has confirmed there have been no breakages or damage to the property or its contents.

Cancellation policy:

The booking deposit is non-refundable unless we are able to re-rent the property for your booked dates.  If we are able to re-rent for the full period of your booking then you will be fully refunded, less an administration charge of £100.  Details of our full cancellation policy will be forwarded to you with your booking contract or can be sent to you separately on request.  We strongly advise all our guests that they take out travel insurance which includes cancellation insurance.
